Note to Canadian customers: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Add 15 percent for Canadian prices. Your credit card payment will be adjusted to reflect Canadian prices. Orders to Canada will be shipped Canada Post Expedited via our Waterloo, Ontario warehouse. Click here for more information.

Note to American customers: For shipping you can choose either U.S. Postal Service Media Mail (for orders under $50), Priority Mail (two to three day delivery) or a variety of UPS options based on delivery time. For orders over $50, we recommend UPS Ground (trackable and insured). You can choose your shipping option during checkout. Click here for more information.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is guaranteed; we want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is damaged, you may return it for a refund (cost of order, plus sales tax) or exchange up to 30 days after receipt of your order. (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping & handling costs.) Note: Opened CDs, DVDs, video and audio cassettes cannot be returned for a refund.

Delivery

All orders received by noon, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders to the continental U.S. will be shipped according to the method selected. Please note that Media Mail orders may take up to 10 working days to deliver.
